Late Fees

Per the Declaration of Condominium

8.2 Interest: Application of Payments. Assessments and installments thereon paid on or before ten (10) days after the due date shall not bear interest, but all sums not paid on or before the ten (10) days after the due date shall bear interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from the date when due until paid. All payments on account shall be first applied to interest and then to the assessment payment due.
